The CBF facilities requirements are at the heart of what we do. We collaborate with departments to understand their needs and priorities. Our team provides services for staff and equipment in office areas, process, development and quality control laboratories, fully regulated cleanrooms to the EU GMP Grade C standard, ambient and cold archive storage, all aspects of HVAC equipment, BMS, temperature and 24-hour alarm monitoring systems.

The Facilities Management (FM) department deliver a safe, GMP compliant, clean and efficient working environment for staff, students and visitors, with services that are flexible and adaptable to change.
